RESOLUTION NO. 605 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION accepting the MacLeod-Rekord Report on Langus <br /> 3 Riverfront Park off-road vehicle feasibility and directing <br /> the Parks Department to post No ORV Use. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, MacLeod-Rekord has conducted a study of ORV use at Langus <br /> 6 Riverfront Park; and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, said study recommends that ORV activities not be included as <br /> 8 one of the activities at Langus Riverfront Park; and <br /> 9 WHEREAS, the Everett Parks Board has reviewed the report and <br /> 10 recommended it to City Council ; <br /> 11 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> 12 EVERETT: <br /> 13 <br /> That the MacLeod-Rekord Report on Langus Riverfront Park is hereby <br /> 14 <br /> accepted by the City of Everett and the Mayor is directed to implement the <br /> 15 <br /> report and to post "No ORV Use" and take other steps to stop <br /> 16 <br /> off-road-vehicle use at Langus Riverfront Park. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> /� // <br /> 19 AAOir <br /> 20 Co mem'er Introiucing Reso ution <br /> 21 PASSED and APPROVED this 12> day of , 1988. <br /> 22 <br /> c <br /> z66, <br /> 23 Council Pres ent <br /> 24 <br /> 25 (3398) <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
