RESOLUTION NO. 6077 <br /> A resolution for the proposed vacation of <br /> various right-of-ways in the <br /> Plat of Soundview Addition <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of that <br /> portion of right-of-ways in the Plat of Soundview Addition as described in <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and as shown on <br /> the attached sketch, have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-ways; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by resolution, <br /> fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council for the City of Everett <br /> that a public hearing be set for 7:00 p.m., on November 16, 1988, in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-ways as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as set forth in <br /> R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> QL <br /> 1 <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this - 2 , day of ( 7-, , 1988. <br /> (?a4W44(.4(: <br /> -6, <br /> Council President <br /> 4168H <br />
