RESOLUTION ii v <br /> A RESOLUTION honoring the memory of Norm L. <br /> O'Donnell <br /> WHEREAS , Norm L. O'Donnell unselfishly served his community with <br /> great dedication, love, affection, and <br /> WHEREAS, Norm L. O'Donnell was a member of the "Senior Citizen <br /> Executive Advisory Board" for over twelve consecutive years and has <br /> given his time, management expertise , and many other qualities to <br /> the Everett Senior Center, unselfishly, and <br /> WHEREAS , during his twelve plus years on the Board, he provided <br /> his leadership abilities , and, was instrumental in making sure that <br /> the City was committed to supporting a Senior Center and providing <br /> necessary funding for its ' staffing, maintenance, and operation in <br /> order to be as successful as it is today, and <br /> WHEREAS, Norm L. O 'Donnell was our first Chairman of the Everett <br /> Senior Center Executive Advisory Board, and he served as Chairman <br /> for six years , and it was during this period that we experienced <br /> tremendous growth, and he provided his management and leadership <br /> expertise here at the Senior Center, and <br /> WHEREAS , his accomplishments and contributions to the greater <br /> Everett Community are like a "Who' s Who" , and he was most active in <br /> numerous lodges , the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Everett <br /> Golf and Country Club and Elks Lodge, and <br /> WHEREAS , Norm L. O'Donnell was a very special and unique person <br /> who had a zest for life and lived it to the fullest, and accepted <br /> people as they were and was a very positive human being , and he has <br /> left his mark on Everett for all of us to remember him by; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, William E. Moore, Mayor of the City of <br /> Everett, and City Councilmembers of the City of Everett, honor Norm <br /> L.
