RESOLUTION NO. p OBD <br /> A RESOLUTION of intention to declare surplus <br /> certain real estate located in the vicinity of <br /> 7th Avenue S.E. and 88th Street S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett finds that the following described property, <br /> to wit: <br /> The existing single family residence situated on the East 75 <br /> feet of the West 105 feet of the North half of the North half <br /> of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the <br /> Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br /> East, W.M. ; EXCEPT the North 30 feet for road, <br /> and more particularly described as 706 - 88th Street S.E. <br /> is not necessary to the current needs of the City and is surplus and <br /> excess for foreseeable needs of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice has been given to the Mayor and appointed <br /> officers of the City and that said residence is surplus for City <br /> purposes and that the Council intends to lease said residence and the <br /> Mayor and appointed officers concur; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT THAT: <br /> The existing single family residence situated on the East 75 <br /> feet of the West 105 feet of the North half of the North half <br /> of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the <br /> Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br /> East, W.M. ; EXCEPT the North 30 feet for road, <br /> and more particularly described as 706 - 88th Street S.E. <br /> is hereby declared surplus and excess to the foreseeable needs of the <br /> City, and further authorize the Real Property Manager to lease the <br /> above described property. <br /> e&eou_i42A9- <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Zai <br /> Passed and approved this /;/ day of / , 1988. <br /> � <br /> Co 4i4res dee��'�,�6'� <br /> (2468B) <br />
