• <br /> 4 <br /> RESOLUTION 3 DOD <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating a Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 714A. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0007 in LID Roll No. 714A to segregate <br /> the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0007 into separate assessments; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against <br /> the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410. and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller <br /> parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett <br /> to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0007 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amend- <br /> ed by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for <br /> the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the <br /> original Assessment Roll No. 714A . <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the <br /> same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br />
