RESOLUTION NO. ggaj <br /> A RESOLUTION of Intent to Annex certain property to the City of <br /> Everett. This property encompasses an area from south of Silver Lake to <br /> 132nd Street SE, also commonly known as "Murphy's Corner" and is described <br /> in Attachment A. <br /> WHEREAS, the City council has approved a petition for annexation of <br /> the above described property to the City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing thereon pursuant to RCW 35.13.140 was held <br /> on April 20, 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council has duly considered public comment on the petition <br /> for annexation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council, after public hearing and due consideration of <br /> public comment on the petition for annexation is favorably disposed to the <br /> proposed annexation; and <br /> WHEREAS, a notice of intention pursuant to RCW 36.93.090 will be <br /> filed with the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council may not take final action on the proposed annexation <br /> until the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board has issued a final <br /> determination on the proposed annexation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the Snohomish County Council and Snohomish County Boundary <br /> Review Board be advised that the Everett City Council is favorably disposed <br /> to the proposed annexation. <br /> That the Council intends to complete its action on the proposed <br /> annexation after the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board has issued a <br /> final determination on the proposed annexation. <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this day of w , 1988. <br /> O <br /> Counci re(ider4t <br /> 5409F <br />
