RESOLUTION NO. c,7991/1) <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> the alley in Block 230 Church and La Moures <br /> Addition to Everett, lying east of Wetmore and <br /> south of 12th Street <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> all that portion of a 24 foot wide alley within Block 230 as shown on the <br /> Supplemental Plat of Church and La Moures Addition, to Everett, recorded in <br /> Volume 3 of Plats, at page 35, Official Records of the Snohomish County <br /> Auditor's Office, State of Washington. <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , on February 24, 1988, in <br /> the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> -did _ ---,1111111111111 <br /> Counci man ntro•-'ing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this a2rx.- day of9 , 1988. <br /> 07.11( L\ (GSC <br /> Council Presi ent <br /> 2759H <br />
