CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. p 4'2O <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating a local improvement <br /> assessment in LID No . 719 , subject to the delivery of <br /> a deed to the City. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the <br /> owners of property known as Treasurer ' s Account No . 0098 in LID <br /> No . 719 to segregate the assessment of Treasurer ' s Account <br /> No . 0098 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of <br /> sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of <br /> the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35 . 44 . 410 and Ordinance No . 299-74 as amended <br /> by Ordinance No . 1072-84 , provide a method of segregating a <br /> tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels ; and <br /> WHEREAS, subject to the delivery of a deed to the City as <br /> hereinafter prescribed, the City is willing to segregate the <br /> property identified by Treasurer ' s Account No . 0098 into the <br /> separate parcels ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No . <br /> 299-74 , as amended by Ordinance No . 1072-84 , has been paid to <br /> the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows : <br />
