RESOLUTION NO. 9, 47 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the Everett City Council assigning <br /> land use designations to three areas which were not previously <br /> designated by the Everett Comprehensive General Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted a Residential Land Use Map <br /> as an integral part of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan in October, <br /> 1986, which designated certain areas of Everett for residential and <br /> institutional land uses; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted a Commercial and Industrial <br /> Land Use Map as an integral part of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan <br /> in August, 1987, which designated certain areas both within and outside the <br /> City of Everett for commercial and industrial land uses; and <br /> WHEREAS, certain areas were not designated by either of the above <br /> mentioned land use maps and therefore had no land use designation assigned <br /> to them. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council concurs <br /> with the recommendation of the Everett Planning Commission and hereby adopts <br /> the land use designations for the areas described as follows: <br /> Area #1 - Property located on the south side of 94th Street S.E. and east of <br /> 19th Avenue S.E. ; designated "Single Family Detached, 1 to 5 dwellings per <br /> gross acre." (see attached map) <br /> Area #2 - Property located on the northeast corner of 100th Street S.E. and <br /> 19th Avenue S.E. ; designated "Multiple Family, 10 to 15 dwellings per gross <br /> acre." (see attached map) <br /> Area #3 - Property located north of 112th Street S.E. and east of Interstate <br /> 5; designated "Regional Commercial Center-Office Park" with specific <br /> reference to Policy #5 of said designation contained in the Commercial Land <br /> Use Policies of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan, which reads: <br />
