Shaffer <br /> This agreement made thisM day of March, 2017, by and Between James P. and Gretchen C. <br /> Shaffer, husband and wife(hereinafter referred to as"Owner") for adequate consideration of the <br /> sum of$1,700 dollars per month; $15,300 dollars total for nine months,hereby grants <br /> permission to the City of Everett, (hereinafter referred to as"City") its authorized agents, <br /> assigns, or subcontractors,to enter upon certain lands for the purposes of construction storage <br /> and staging in connection with the Hayes Street Sewer Project. The land to which this <br /> construction agreement applies is set forth in drawing"Exhibit A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference, (herein after referred to as"Property"). The rights of the City <br /> under this construction agreement are coupled with an interest on the part of the City and <br /> therefore may not be revoked prior to expiration. <br /> The Owner and the City, by granting and accepting this construction agreement respectively, <br /> mutually covenant and agree as follows: <br /> 1. The City will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and inconvenience to said <br /> property and uses made thereof. <br /> 2. This construction agreement will commence on April 1,2017. <br />
