Shaffer This agreement made thisM day of March, 2017, by and Between James P. and Gretchen C. Shaffer, husband and wife(hereinafter referred to as"Owner") for adequate consideration of the sum of$1,700 dollars per month; $15,300 dollars total for nine months,hereby grants permission to the City of Everett, (hereinafter referred to as"City") its authorized agents, assigns, or subcontractors,to enter upon certain lands for the purposes of construction storage and staging in connection with the Hayes Street Sewer Project. The land to which this construction agreement applies is set forth in drawing"Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (herein after referred to as"Property"). The rights of the City under this construction agreement are coupled with an interest on the part of the City and therefore may not be revoked prior to expiration. The Owner and the City, by granting and accepting this construction agreement respectively, mutually covenant and agree as follows: 1. The City will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and inconvenience to said property and uses made thereof. 2. This construction agreement will commence on April 1,2017.
