RESOLUTION NO. ,&566, <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing rates for <br /> public parking at the EVERPARK GARAGE. <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1537 established rates for public <br /> parking at the municipal EVERPARK parking garage, and <br /> WHEREAS, a rate increase is necessary to maintain adequate <br /> funds to cover the day-to-day expenses of the parking garage, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the public parking rates have not been increased since <br /> November 1 , 1978 , and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed that the rates should be <br /> adjusted, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that the following rates shall be in effect January <br /> 1 , 1985 for public parking at the municipal EVERPARK parking <br /> garage: <br /> Each hour $ . 50 <br /> Each additional hour .50 <br /> All day - maximum of 10 hours 3 . 00 <br /> Weekly 7 . 50 <br /> Monthly rates : <br /> Covered parking - all levels 24 . 00 <br /> Top level only 17 . 00 <br /> Resolution No. 1537 is superseded and the rates as set forth <br /> here include sales tax and will be in effect until changed by <br /> further Council action . <br /> Okit./( <br /> Councilman Intrc :ucing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this d' day of /11 C U. ,1984 <br /> / <br /> / AL <br /> ' J-sident <br />
