I <br /> I I i <br /> I' I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ay9� <br /> For the proposed vacation of Beverly Lane <br /> lying south of SR526 and north of Casino Road. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting <br /> Beverly Lane lying east of a portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Tosland Half Acre Garden <br /> Tracts between State Highway SR526 and Casino Road as it now exists, togetherwith a <br /> portion of Lot 1, Tosland Half Acre Garden Tracts, according to the Plat thereof as <br /> acquired for right-of-way purposes. <br /> Except that portion of Beverly Lane encumbered by the pedestrian overpass <br /> abuttments more particularly described as that portion of Beverly Lane lying south of <br /> State Highway SR526 and lying north of the following described line: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of west line of the Beverly Lane turn around and the <br /> south right-of-way line of State Highway SR526; thence south along said west line of <br /> ii <br /> I Beverly Lane approximately 20 feet, more or less; thence angle left 90 degrees and <br /> continue easterly 80 feet, more or less; thence angle right 90 degrees for 20 feet, more <br /> or less; thence angle left 90 degrees for 10 feet, more or less to intersect the easterly <br /> line of the Beverly Lane turn around and the terminus of said line. <br /> Also less Casino Road; and <br /> I WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by resolution, fix <br /> +' I <br /> ii <br /> I a date for public hearing on said petition. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br /> f I <br /> OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. on July 2, 1984, in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of- <br /> !I <br /> way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as set forth <br /> in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> J6 <br /> Councilman I traducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this // day of _ , 984. <br /> rd .�!, <br /> o f it Presiden <br /> I ' <br />
