RESOLUTION NO. ' 4 q 0 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW AMBULANCE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department has the immediate need to <br /> purchase a new ambulance to put in service by July 1, 1982, and <br /> WHEREAS, N.W. Emergency Equipment Co. can provide a <br /> Wheeled Coach Type 3 new ambulance that can be picked up in Florida <br /> on June 16, 1982 for a sum of $32,545.00, and <br /> WHEREAS, this ambulance meets or exceeds the Fire Department <br /> specifications and can be put into service promptly. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that an emergency exists and that the Purchasing Division is <br /> authorized to purchase the subject ambulance through N. W. Emergency <br /> Equipment for the sum of $32,545.00 f.o.b.
