C � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. /p <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> 1 contract with Northwest Multi-Service Council <br /> (Sleepy Hollow Child Care & Development Center) <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> 4 ascertained that assisting the Northwest MultiService Council (Sleepy <br /> 5 Hollow Child Care & Development Center) with its summer day camp for six-to- <br /> 6 ten-year-olds whose parents work fulltime is a proper function of the City <br /> of Everett; and <br /> 7 <br /> 8 WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> 9 for this program from the 1981 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> 10 <br /> 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 12 that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Northwest MultiServic: <br /> Council (Sleepy Hollow Child Care & Development Center) for the purpose <br /> 13 above stated, and <br /> 14 <br /> 15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Financial Management be authorize' <br /> to make payment, from invoices for expenses incurred between April 1, 1981 <br /> 16 and March 31, 1982, for the above purpose, not to exceed $2,389.00, from <br /> 17 the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Counc man introducing Resolution <br /> 21 Passed and approved thisc005‘pp q 9 day of April , 1981. <br /> 22 / <br /> 23 <br /> Coup si;f nt <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
