RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute <br /> 1 a contract with American Red Cross, Sno-Isle <br /> Chapter <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> ascertained that assisting the American Red Cross, Sno-Isle Chapter, to <br /> 5 continue its program of community CPR training is a proper function of the <br /> 6 City of Everett, and <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> 8 for this program from the 1981 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 11 that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with the American Red <br /> 12 Cross, Sno-Isle Chapter, for the purpose above-stated, and <br /> 13 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Financial Management be <br /> 14 authorized to make payment, from invoices for expenses incurred between <br /> 15 April 1, 1981 and March 31, 1982 for the above purpose, not to exceed <br /> 16 $3,100.00, from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 �L <br /> Counc man introducing `Resolution <br /> 19 <br /> Passed and approved this, 5?
