RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION of the Everett City Council <br /> adopting the "Lower Snohomish Basin <br /> 1 201 Facilities Plan" <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> WHEREAS, the City has entered into an interlocal agreement <br /> with Snohomish County for the purpose of developing the 201 Plan; and <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the City has, with the assistance of its consultants <br /> 5 and consultants retained by the County, completed the 201 Plan to the <br /> 6 i+ <br /> satisfaction of the Washington State Department of Ecology and the <br /> U. S. E. P. A. ; and <br /> 7 j WHEREAS, the City has completed an Environmental Impact <br /> 8 , Statement for the sewer system improvements identified as necessary <br /> 9 by the 201 Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL DOES <br /> 10 it RESOLVE THAT: <br /> i; <br /> 11 '! <br /> 12 1. The "Lower Snohomish Basin 201 Facilities Plan" presents <br /> improvements to the Everett sewer system necessary to <br /> 13 alleviate street and basement flooding and to accommodate <br /> continued development in the Everett area; and <br /> 14 <br /> 2. The 201 Plan is a foundation upon which any future sewer <br /> system planning efforts can build; and <br /> 15 <br /> 16 l 3.
