1 RESOLUTION NO. ,/,574')...r-- <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, RICHARD 1 THOMPSON has served the City of Everett in the <br /> 5 capacities of City Attorney and Chief Administrative Assistant since April 21, 1976; <br /> 6 and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, RICHARD J. THOMPSON has exhibited excellence both as City <br /> 8 Attorney and Chief Administrative Assistant and in doing so has provided great <br /> 9 assistance to the City; and <br /> 10 WHEREAS, RICHARD J.
