& fa3 - /a3 <br /> i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. / 76 / <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> contract with Red Cross Adult Day Center <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> ascertained that assisting the Red Cross Adult Day Center in its program <br /> to help persons 60 or older to maintain independent functioning is a <br /> proper function of the City of Everett, and <br /> WHERE AS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> for this program from the 1980 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with <br /> the Red Cross Adult Day Center for the purpose above stated, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Budget & Finance Director be <br /> authorized to make payment from invoices for expenses incurred for the <br /> above purpose between April 1, 1980 and June 30, 1981, not to exceed <br /> $2, 000, from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> l <br /> f;, CIV <br /> ' <br /> Councilman introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this ( ei day of March, 1980. <br /> g.,4,,,,,,, <br /> C. n Pre dent <br /> 1 <br />
