1 RESOLUTION NO. / ' / <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 330-74, Chapter 2.76.010 <br /> 5 EMC, providing for reimbursement to officers and employees for certain official <br /> 6 expenditures; and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 330-74 does not expressly provide reimbursement for <br /> 8 expenditures for tips or gratuities relating to meal service; and <br /> 9 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 330-74 is intended to authorize reimbursement to <br /> 10 officers and employees for expenditures for tips or gratuities relating to meal service; <br /> 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 12 OF EVERETT: <br /> 13 Section 1: That it was the intent of Ordinance No. 330-74, Chapter 2.76.010 <br /> 14 EMC, that City officers and employees be reimbursed for expenditures for tips or <br /> 15 gratuities relating to meal service. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 (71)�' ')j, / CM <br /> Councilman Introducing g Reso ution <br /> 19 <br /> 20 PASSED and APPROVED this 07.3.
