mid .W712' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2939-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"CSR Athletic Field <br /> Construction", Fund 354, Program 014 as established by Ordinance No. 2452-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"CSR Athletic Field Construction", <br /> Fund 354, Program 014, was established to provide for the said repairs and <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the parks improvement project"CSR Athletic Field Construction", Fund 354, <br /> Program 014, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "CSR Athletic Field Construction", Fund <br /> 354, Program 014, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Construction Costs $ 3,045,000 <br /> B.
