• <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1768-91 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance 1461-88 <br /> establishing the rates for low income seniors and <br /> low income disabled citizens residence water and <br /> sewer services and the qualifications therefor. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : Section 1 of ordinance 1461-88 which reads as follows: <br /> Section 1 : Person( s ) of the age of 62 years or <br /> older and person( s ) qualifying for special <br /> parking privileges under RCW 46 . 16 . 381 or a <br /> blind person as defined in RCW 74 . 18 . 020 shall <br /> be eligible to pay a reduced rate for water and <br /> sewer single family residence service as follows : <br /> $15 , 000/yr. income or less : 80% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br /> $12 , 000/yr. income or less : 70% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br /> 9 , 000/yr . income or less : 60% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 1 : Person( s ) of the age of 62 years or <br /> older and person( s ) qualifying for special <br /> parking privileges under RCW 46 . 16 . 381 or a <br /> blind person as defined in RCW 74 . 18 . 020 shall <br /> be eligible to pay a reduced rate for water and <br /> sewer single family residence service as follows : <br /> $18 , 000/yr. income or less : 80% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br /> $14 , 000/yr. income or less : 70% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br /> $12 , 000/yr income or less : 60% of current single <br /> family residence rates <br />
