ORDINANCE NO. 2967-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Northern Extension of Interurban Trail - Stage II," Fund 303, <br /> Program 034, as established by Ordinance 2709-03. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled"Northern Extension of Interurban Trail - <br /> Stage II," Fund 303, Program 034, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Northern Extension of Interurban Trail - Stage II," <br /> Fund 303, Program 034,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Northern Extension of Interurban Trail - Stage II," <br /> Fund 303, Program 034, are as follows: <br /> A.
