ORDINANCE NO. 2984-07 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of <br /> the 2007 revised City of Everett budget and <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2954-06. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the amended budget <br /> appropriations and information which was made available; and approves <br /> the appropriation of local, state, and federal funds and the increase or <br /> decrease from previously approved programs within the 2007 Budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the applications of funds have been identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that Ordinance <br /> No. 2954-06 is hereby amended by the amendments shown on <br /> Attachment A, which is incorporated by reference, which amendments <br /> shall be made to the 2007 Budget with a total increased appropriation <br /> amount of$7,248,226. <br /> MAYO 1:3*441/1114491/L./ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> Passed: 4-25-07 <br /> Valid: 4-26-07 <br /> Published: 5-2-07 <br /> Effective Date: 5—11—0 7 <br />
