JO • ORDINANCE NO. /3/c7 -(J 2 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1987 and amending Ordinance No . 1320-86, as amended by Ordinance No . 1333-87, 1368-87 and 1399-87. . WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local , state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1987 budget ; and WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified ; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following amendment shall be made to the 1987 budget : Section 1 : That the sum of $ 5, 000. 00 be appropriated in the following manner : a. Appropriation, Fund 110-Library 1 . Program 404-Information Resources and Facilities Original appropriation, Ord. 1320-86 $1 , 142, 349. 00 Amended by Ord. 1368-87 17, 850. 00 Amended by Ord. 1399-87 3, 893. 00 Amended by this appropriation 5, 000. 00 New Program Total $1, 169, 092. 00 b . Source of Funds Fund No. 110 - Cash on Hand - From 1988 revenue c . Purpose To fund increased expenditures due to the application of accrual accounting methods to the individual funds as required by R. C. W. 35. 33. 125. On the cash basis the Library fund will remain within its previously appropriated budget of $1, 164, 092. Section 2 : That the sum of $50, 000. 00 be appropriated in the following manner : a. Appropriation, Dept . 032 - Fire 1 . Program 106 - Fire Prevention and Suppression.
