• • • • 1 ORDINANCE NO. 2 AN ORDINANCE amendingOrdinance No. 1196-85 which provides for 3 the licensing of public places of adult entertainment. 4 5 The City of Everett Does Ordain: 6 Section 1: That Section 1(C) (1) of Ordinance No. 1196-85 which reads 7 as follows: 8 The license year shall be from January first to December 9 thirty-first of each year. All licenses shall expire on the thirty-first day of December each year. Except as hereinafter 10 provided, all license fees shall be payable on an annual basis and shall not be refundable. Annual license fees shall be Five 11 Hundred Dollars ($500) per year for a public place of adult entertainment license. 12 13 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 14 The license year shall be from January first to December 15 thirty-first of each year. The annual fee for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50) . 25 26 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 27 License for Managers and Entertainers Required - Fee. 28 No person shall work as a manager or entertainer at a public 29 place of adult entertainment without having first obtained a manager's or an entertainer's license from the City Clerk 30 pursuant to this chapter.
