11 <br /> Ordinance No. / <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance <br /> 985-83 (as amended by Ordinances 1045-84 and <br /> 1066-84) for Fund 340, "Regional Detention <br /> Facilities Construction" and increasing the <br /> appropriation by $322,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL: <br /> Section 1: That Section 4 of Ordinance 958-83 (as amended by <br /> Ordinances 1045-84 and 1066-84) which reads as follows: <br /> Section 4: Programs 772 through 780 are hereby set aside for regional <br /> detention facility construction projects with the following appropriations: <br /> Program 772 - Pigeon Creek #2 $ 60,000 <br /> Program 773 - Pigeon Creek #1 60,000 <br /> Program 774 - Glenwood Creek 8,000 <br /> Program 776 - Merrill-Ring Creek 50,000 <br /> Program 779 - North Creek 70,000 <br /> Program 775, 777, 778 and 780 000,000 <br /> TOTAL $248,000 <br /> The source of funds for Programs 772, 773, 774, 776 and 779 shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> Program 772: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage <br /> fees collected $ 60,000 <br /> Program 773: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage <br /> fees collected: 60,000 <br /> Program 774: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage <br /> fees collected: 8,000 <br /> Program 776: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage <br /> fees collected: 50,000 <br /> Program 779: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage <br /> fees collected 70,000 <br /> TOTAL $248,000 <br />
