ORDINANCE NO. 423 --E? <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the <br /> City of Everett for 1985 and amending Ordinance No. 1127-85 as <br /> amended by Ordinance Nos. 1143-85, 1147-85, 1157-85, 1160-85 <br /> 1162-85, 1168-85, 1188-85, 1191-85, and 1206-85, and declaring <br /> an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has not appropriated certain local , state and <br /> federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1985 <br /> budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following <br /> amendments shall be made to the 1985 budget: <br /> Section 1: The the sum of $238,200.00 be appropriated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 116 - Tax Anticipation Notes <br /> 1. Program 801 - Provide Financial and Managerial Services. <br /> Original appropriation, Ord 1127-85 $ 26,500.00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation 238,200.00 <br /> New Program Total $ 264,700.00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Fund No. 116 - Investment Interest <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To provide funding to pay the interest and additional debt issue expense <br /> of the Tax Anticipation Notes. <br /> Section 2: That the sum if ($3,887,250.00) be appropriated in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 227 - Tax Anticipation Note Fund <br /> 1. Program 269 - Tax Anticipation Notes <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 1127-85 $ 3,887,250.00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation (3,887,250.00) <br /> New Program Total -0- <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Fund No. 227 - Cash on Hand <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To deobligate a budgeted expense for a cost that has been taken over <br /> by Fund No. 116, "Tax Anticipation Notes" . <br />
