ORDINANCE NO. 47,Z002 —gf <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending section 6 of Ordinance No. 505-78, as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 676-80 and 986-83, creating a special construction <br /> fund entitles "Merrill -Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place <br /> to Lynnwood Drive) " Fund No. 324, decreasing the appropriation <br /> required for this project to $2,204,194. 15, and closing the Fund as <br /> of January 2, 1986. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 505-78 as amended by Ordinances 676-80 <br /> and 986-83 which read as follows : <br /> Section 6: <br /> a. The sum of $2,205,499.60 is hereby appropriated to Fund 324, "Merrill- <br /> Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place to Lynnwood Drive)" for <br /> the purposes herein specified in the following manner: <br /> Program 712: Merrill-Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place <br /> to Lynnewood Drive) <br /> Total Appropriation: $ 2,205,499.60 <br /> b. The source of funds for these appropriations shall be as follows : <br /> Program 712: Merrill-Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place <br /> to Lynnewood Drive) <br /> Federal Bridge Replacement Monies $ 1,177,246.00 <br /> Urban Arterial Board (UAB) 775,400.00 <br /> City General Fund "1077 Cash Forward- <br /> Resolution 1442 15,000.00 <br /> City General Fund (1979 Sources) 65,600.00 <br /> City General Fund (1978 Cash Forward - <br /> Ord 612-79) <br /> City General Fund (1980 Cash on Hand - <br /> Ord 707.80 55,500.00 <br /> Interest earnings (fund 324 as of 10/31/83) 16,753.60 <br /> TOTAL $,2,205,499.60 <br /> c. This appropriation shall not lapse, but be carried forward from year <br /> to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomolished <br /> or abandened without necessity or reappropriation, as per RCW 35.33. 151. <br /> Section 6 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> a.
