<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1 : That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the 1969 Extraordinary
<br /> Session, the budget for the year 1983 now on file in the office of the City
<br /> Clerk of the City of Everett is hereby adopted , and the total appropriation,
