• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //4./) 1 .� c <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for <br /> the City of Everett for 1980 and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 695-80 declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, state and <br /> federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1980 <br /> budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following amend- <br /> ments shall be made to the 1980 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $21,543.00 be appropriated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 301-Arterial Street <br /> 1. Program 601-CBD Lighting & Signalization <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 695-80 $ -0- <br /> Amended by this appropriation $21,543.00 <br /> New Program Total $21,543.00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> 2 Cent Gas Tax $21,543.00 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To set aside funds to provide the increased contribution to Fund No. <br /> 312-CBD Signalization & Lighting-Phase III as dictated by Ordinance <br /> No. 655-80. <br /> Section 2: That the sum of $1,347.00 be appropriated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 301-Arterial Street <br /> 1. Program 716-Traffic Signal Reconstruction on Evergreen Way at 47th <br /> Street, 50th Street, 52nd Street <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 695-80 $ -0- <br /> Carried forward from prior years $ 3,683.00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation $ 1,347.00 <br /> New Program Total $ 5,030.00 <br /> b.
