Co1?r 4 • ORDINANCE NO.,4,.4, 7- 7f AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of the alley within the 500 Block, Wetmore to Colby, by the con- struction of an asphalt concrete alley, storm drainage system and rigcessary appurtenances; said construction and storm drainage system to include all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement. WHEREAS, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement as outlined hereafter and doing all work in connection there- with to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a hearing on June 14, 1978, after due public notice and thereafter directed that an Ordinance be presented; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett finds and declares that the improvement hereinafter described is in the public interest and hereby directs its construction. Section 2: That an improvement be made of: The alley within the 500 Block, Wetmore to Colby by the construction of an asphalt concrete alley, storm drainage system and necessary appurtenances; said construction and storm drainage system to include all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement. All of the aforesaid improvements shall be in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 3: That the cost and expenses of the improvement, including but not limited to, all necessary and incidental expenses or fees or property acquisition costs, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created.
