Co1?r <br /> 4 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO.,4,.4, 7- 7f <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of the alley <br /> within the 500 Block, Wetmore to Colby, by the con- <br /> struction of an asphalt concrete alley, storm drainage <br /> system and rigcessary appurtenances; said construction <br /> and storm drainage system to include all incidental <br /> material and work necessary for a complete improvement. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has declared its intention to order the <br /> improvement as outlined hereafter and doing all work in connection there- <br /> with to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a hearing on June 14, 1978, after <br /> due public notice and thereafter directed that an Ordinance be presented; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett finds and <br /> declares that the improvement hereinafter described is in the public <br /> interest and hereby directs its construction. <br /> Section 2: That an improvement be made of: <br /> The alley within the 500 Block, Wetmore to Colby by the <br /> construction of an asphalt concrete alley, storm drainage <br /> system and necessary appurtenances; said construction and <br /> storm drainage system to include all incidental material <br /> and work necessary for a complete improvement. <br /> All of the aforesaid improvements shall be in accordance with plans <br /> to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications <br /> are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 3: That the cost and expenses of the improvement, including <br /> but not limited to, all necessary and incidental expenses or fees or <br /> property acquisition costs, shall be borne by and assessed against the <br /> property included in the assessment district herein created.
