<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN :
<br /> Section 1 : That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the
<br /> 1969 Extraordinary Session, the budget for the year 1978
<br /> now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
<br /> Everett, is hereby adopted and the total appropriation,
<br /> including interfund reimbursables , and 1978 Salary, Wage
