(1) Voter Approved Snohomish County Proposition 1, a Sales Tax Increase of One-Tenth of One Percent to be used for Emergency Communication Systems and Facilities. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (2) CB 1901-03 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Citywide Safety Improvements" Fund 303, Program 095, as established by Ordinance No. 3300-12. (3rd and final reading on 2-13-19). (3) CB 1901-04— 1st Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Pacific Avenue and Broadway Safety Improvements" Fund 303, Program 096, as established by Ordinance No. 3301-12. (3rd and final reading on 2-13-19). (4) CB 1901-05 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Citywide Intersection Signing" Fund 303, Program 105, as established by Ordinance No. 3447-15. (3rd and final reading on 2-13-19). CONSENT: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $337,798.23 for the period of January 12, 2019 through January 18, 2019. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 3 with Interwest Construction Inc. (ICI) for the Wetmore Avenue Stormwater Bypass Project, in the amount of $9,660.00. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with KDW Salas O'Brien to extend electrical engineering services through December 31, 2021 for an additional $20,000.
