City Attorney Citizen Comments PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (1) CB 1901-06 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction Fund entitled, "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project." Fund 342, Program 024, as established by Ordinance No. 3599-18. (3rd and final reading on 2-20-19). (2) CB 1901-07 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Construction Fund entitled, "Everett Fire Administration Building Tenant Improvements Project." Fund 342, Program 027. (3rd and final reading on 2-20-19). (3) CB 1901-08 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Construction Fund entitled, "Everett Fire Administration Building Masonry Restoration Project." Fund 342, Program 028. (3rd and final reading on 2-20-19). CONSENT: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,076,071.61 for the period of January 26, 2019 through February 1, 2019. (5) Authorize Call for Bids for the construction of the Alverson Storm water Separation Project. (6) Accept the Citywide Intersection Signing Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Trinity Contractor's, Inc. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign a five-year Technical Services Agreement with King County for laboratory services for an amount not to exceed $60,000. ACTION ITEMS: (8) Concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and the Budget Finance Committee to accept the long-term obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax listed above and to allocate grant funding as designated in an amount not to exceed $464,764.00 and Authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts.
