(1) Water Supply Forum Resiliency Project. CONSENT: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,911,720.20 for the period of February 2, 2019 through February 8, 2019. (3) Authorize purchase of a John Deere Back Loader from Pape Machinery using Sourcewell/NJPA contract, in the amount of $131,317.56 including Washington State sales tax. (4) Authorize the Purchase of one box sander and deicer dump body from Northend Truck Equipment Inc. using Washington State Department of Enterprise Services in the amount of $228,436.68 including Washington State sales tax. (5) Authorize the purchase of two 2020 International Chassis from RWC Group using Washington State Department of Enterprise Services in the amount of $216,073.12 including Washington State sales tax. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 8 to the Professional Services Agreement with Floyd and Snider, Inc. for the Riverfront Development for an additional $244,000. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Central Pierce Fire & Rescue for costs associated with establishing the Ground Emergency Medical Program in the amount of $10,747.35. (8) Approve Settlement with Grayson v. City of Everett; Cause No. 18-2-00695-31, in the amount of $20,000.
