• • • 1 ORDINANCE NO. 4/e/- 76 2 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided 3 by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) 4 5 WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has held a public hear- 6 ing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from 7 R-3 , Multiple-Family Low-Density Residential to R-4 , Multiple- 8 Family High-Density Residential Zone; 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after 10 hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City 11 of Everett, has determined that said property should be so rezoned 12 and zoned R-4 . 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 14 Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the 15 zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. 16 Section 2 : That the zoning map of the 17 City of Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572 18 Section 4 , as amended) is hereby amended as follows : 19 20 The legal description of starting point 'A' Section 19, Township 28 , Range 5 E, N.M. 21 Commencing at intersection of the east line 22 of Section 19 Center Line County Road said Point being 310 feet North of the Southeast 23 corner of the Northeast quarter of the South- east quarter, thence.
