CITY <br /> LICENSE TO USE CITY PROPERTY <br /> Grantor: City of Everett (hereinafter referred to "City") <br /> Grantee: HYDROLOGY STAND UP PADDLE <br /> Property: Those certain premises commonly known as the Silver Lake beach <br /> and guard shack at Thornton A Sullivan Park, (hereinafter called"Premises" or the <br /> "property"), being situated at the following location in Everett, Washington legally <br /> described as: <br /> Thornton A. Sullivan Park <br /> 11405 Silver Lake Dr <br /> Everett, WA 98208 <br /> Situated in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br /> 1. AUTHORIZED USE. HYDROLOGY STAND UP PADDLE shall use the <br /> Premises for conducting concession operations open to the public. <br /> 2. TERM. This License shall be effective on May 15, 2019, and shall expire <br /> on September 15, 2019. <br /> 3. FEE. HYDROLOGY STAND UP PADDLE shall pay the City a one-time <br /> rental payment of$700 (seven hundred dollars) for the duration of this License. <br /> Payment is due May 15, 2019. The license is subject to leasehold tax. Leasehold <br /> tax is included in the fee. <br /> 4. AUTHORIZED USE. HYDROLOGY STAND UP PADDLE may only use <br /> the property for the purpose of conducting paddleboard and kayak Iessons, rentals <br /> and classes. <br /> 5. INDEMNIFICATION. To the extent of its fault, the HYDROLOGY <br /> STAND UP PADDLE hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the City <br /> harmless from any and all Claims for injury to people or damage to property <br /> arising out of or related to this License.
