'' '_-7 i . <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations and <br /> identifying supplemental revenues to the 1975 <br /> Budget of the City of Everett, amending Ordinance <br /> 343-74 and declaring an emergency to exist . <br /> WHEREAS specific Federal Funds (Comprehensive Employment Training <br /> Act , hereinafter referred to as CETA) have been allocated to <br /> supplement existing Fund 130 identified as the Manpower Pool in <br /> the 1975 Budget. <br /> WHEREAS specific requirements have been met to qualify for those <br /> available funds . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN that the follow- <br /> ing appropriation shall be made to the 1975 Budget . <br /> Section 1 : That the sum of $100 , 304 be appropriated to the <br /> following Fund : <br /> A.
