ORDINANCE NO. 70 -73 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett City <br /> 1 Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance 3572) <br /> 2 <br /> 3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br /> regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-2 <br /> 4 <br /> Single Family High Density Residence Zone to R-3 Multiple Family Low <br /> 5 Density Residence Zone, and <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hearing <br /> 7 the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, <br /> 8 has determined that said property should be so rezoned and zoned R-3. <br /> 9 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 10 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> 11 find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of <br /> 12 the City of Everett. <br /> 13 Section 2: That the zoning map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4, <br /> 14 <br /> as amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 15 <br /> Lots 17, 18, 19, and Frac. Lot 20, Block 453, St. Nicholas <br /> 16 Add. and Lots 20 thru 32, Block 453, Garfield Second Add. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington <br /> now zoned R-2 Single Family High Density Residential is hereby rezoned <br /> 19 and is zoned R-3, Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone. <br /> 20 <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the passage of <br /> 21 this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, <br /> 22 and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone <br /> 23 in which the same is now established, as provided by Everett City Code <br /> 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
