6 - 73 <br /> . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4Z,1 - <br /> 1 AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code <br /> 2 Section 17. 12. 120 (Ordinance 107-70) deal- <br /> ing with temporary uses of mobile homes. <br /> 3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Everett held <br /> 4 public hearing on the 17th day of April, 1973, and made recommendations <br /> 5 to the City Council proposing certain changes in the Mobile Home Park <br /> Code (TITLE 17), and <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, after holding public hearings the City Council of the <br /> City of Everett did approve said recommendations, <br /> 8 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Section 1: That Everett City Code, Section 17. 12. 120 is hereby <br /> amended to read: <br /> 11 <br /> 17. 12. 120 Temporary Uses of Mobile Homes. Except as provided <br /> 12 in Section 15. 04. 073, E. C. C. , it is unlawful for any person to <br /> 13 occupy or use any mobile home or trailer in the City, except <br /> within a mobile home park; provided, however, that the same <br /> 14 <br /> may be parked and used outside of the mobile home park for a <br /> 15 period not to exceed forty-eight hours continuous time for sleep- <br /> 16 ing and housekeeping purposes. Commercially constructed <br /> mobile homes (trailers) may be used as a temporary contractor's <br /> 17 <br /> or watchman's office, lunchroom, and/or drying and tool room <br /> 18 on the job site while construction is in progress and/or a build- <br /> 19 ing permit is valid. Commercially constructed and custom <br /> designed mobile homes (trailers) may be utilized as temporary <br /> 20 <br /> quarters for business concerns on a site proposed for a permanent <br /> 21 structure and for which a building permit has been applied for or <br /> 22 issued. <br /> 23 CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 24 ATTEST: <br /> 25 _ �r <br /> 26 UTY City Clerk MAYOR <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Passed: 4 — <br /> 29 Valid: F7,- cb2- <br /> 30 Published: ? !
