e '9 -73 <br /> t . <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2 V 7- 73 <br /> 1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code <br /> 2 Section 15. 04. 073 (B), (Ordinance 3903) <br /> dealing with permitted uses within the A-1 <br /> 3 Agricultural Use Zone. <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Everett held <br /> 5 public hearing on the 17th day of April, 1973, and made recommenda- <br /> tions to the City Council proposing certain changes in the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> 6 and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, after holding public hearing the City Council of the City <br /> 8 of Everett did approve said recommendations, <br /> 9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 10 Section 1: The Everett City Code, Section 15. 04. 073 (B) is <br /> hereby amended to add the following: <br /> 11 <br /> B. PERMITTED USES <br /> 12 1. Commercial greenhouses and/or nurseries. <br /> 13 2. Veterinary hospital and/or kennels including animal runs. <br /> 3. Game or fur farms. <br /> 14 <br /> 4. Hatcheries and chicken ranches. <br /> 15 5. Farming, ranching and horticultural uses. <br /> 16 6. One residential dwelling unit for each family who owns, <br /> or who is engaged full time in the operation of any of <br /> 17 the above uses. <br /> 7. Accessory buildings for the storage and keeping of <br /> 18 equipment, materials, tools, animals or fowls, <br /> 19 necessary for the operation of any of the above uses. <br /> 8.
