. <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. , " <br /> 1 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett City <br /> 3 Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance 3572) <br /> 4 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br /> 5 regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-3 <br /> 6 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone to C-1 General Commercial <br /> 7 Zone, and <br /> 8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hearing <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, <br /> 9 has determined that said property should be so rezoned and zoned C-1. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> 12 find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of <br /> 13 the City of Everett. <br /> 14 section 2: That the zoning map of the City of Everett, as estab- <br /> lished by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4, <br /> 15 <br /> as amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 16 All that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the North- <br /> 17 east Quarter of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, <br /> W. M. , described as follows: <br /> 18 <br /> Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Section 13; <br /> 19 <br /> thence South along the East line of said Section 13 for <br /> 20 30 feet to the South boundary line of the Beverly Park- <br /> 21 Mukilteo Highway as laid out and constructed; thence <br /> West, along the South boundary line of said Highway, <br /> 22 <br /> 913. 275 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South <br /> 23 and parallel with the East line of said Section 13 for <br /> 24 699. 55 feet; thence West for 249. 075 feet; thence North <br /> and parallel with the East line of said Section 13 for <br /> 25 <br /> 699. 55 feet to the South boundary line of said Highway; <br /> 26 thence East, along the South boundary line of said Highway <br /> 27 249. 075 feet to the Point of Beginning; <br /> 28 Situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington <br /> 29 now zoned R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residential is hereby <br /> 30 rezoned and is zoned C-1 General Commercial. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
