Cry 1 <br /> I <br /> ORDINANCE 0,j-7/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of <br /> Park Drive lying between Olympic Drive and Cascade Drive, and <br /> declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS , by Resolution #618 of the City of Everett , The <br /> City Council has declared its intentions to vacate said street, <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Everett did by <br /> resolution duly adopted, fix the 15th day of November, 1972 , <br /> at 10 : 00 o 'clock A.M. of said day for the hearing and deter- <br /> mination of the said Resolution, and, <br /> WHEREAS , due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> said hearing and the determination of said Resolution has <br /> been given by the City Clerk and the Mayor prescribed by law, <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS , at the time and place fixed for the hearing <br /> favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the <br /> herein described streets were heard and discussed, and, <br /> WHEREAS , it now appears to the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett, that the portion of said street resolved to be <br /> vacated should be vacated, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN, <br /> Section 1: That the street of the City of Everett, County <br /> of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows , to wit, <br />
