• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF: <br /> Alley between Lots 10 to 12 and Lots 31 to 34, Blk 37 <br /> Alley between Lots 33 to 36 and Lots 8 to 10, Blk 38 <br /> Adams Street between Lots 31 to 34, Blk 37 and Lots 8 to 12, Blk 38 <br /> all in Plat of Pinehurst Division C. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property <br /> abutting upon the streets and alleys above described have duly filed a petition <br /> with the City Council of the City of Everett praying for vacation of said <br /> streets and alleys; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by res- <br /> olution duly adopted, fix the 29th day of January, 1969 at 10:00 a.m. of <br /> said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and, <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said <br /> hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the <br /> City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and, <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections <br /> to the vacation of the herein-described streets were heard and discussed; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett that a portion of said streets and alleys petitioned to be <br /> vacated should be vacated, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That the street and alley of the City of Everett, <br /> County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows to wit: <br /> Alley between Lots 10 to 12 and Lots 31 to 34, Blk 37 <br /> Alley between Lots 33 to 36 and Lots 8 to 10, Blk 38 <br /> Adams Street between Lots 31 to 34, Blk 37 and Lots 8 to 12, Blk 38 <br /> all in Plat of Pinehurst Division C. <br /> Be and the same is hereby vacated. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> _42.(1_40;4- <br /> DPU C i ty C lerk <br /> Passed: i 'J ,Z 6 7 ?
