ORDINANCE NO. 1905-92
AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the
City of Everett in accordance with a
Resolution of Intent to Rezone, rezoning one
parcel generally described as 10207 19th Ave
SE.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 10, 1991, the
City of Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner held a public hearing
concerning a rezone regarding the hereinafter described property
from R-1, Single Family Residential Low Density to B-2(B) ,
Office, and as a result of that hearing the Examiner recommended
the rezone of said property from R-1 to B-2(B) through the
Intent to Rezone/Performance Agreement Process; and
WHEREAS, City Council adopted a Resolution of Intent to Rezone
and Performance Agreement dated April 3 , 1991;
WHEREAS, City Council finds that the conditions of the
Performance Agreement have been completed; and
WHEREAS, City Council finds that the best interests of the
health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Everett will be
met by this rezone; and
WHEREAS, City Council finds that the hereinafter described
property should be rezoned to B-2(B) Office;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 : That the City Council does hereby find that the
zoning change hereinafter set forth is consistent with the
applicable provisions of the Everett General Plan; bears a
substantial relation to the public health, safety and welfare;
is consistent with the provisions of the Resolution of Intent to
Rezone adopted by City Council on April 3, 1991; and promotes
the best long term interests of the Everett community.
Section 2 : That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as
established by Ordinance no. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19 ,
Everett Municipal Code) is hereby amended from R-1, Single
Family Low Density to B-2(B) , Office, for the following
described property:

Section 3 : That the Official Map in the Planning Department of
the City of Everett shall be amended as herein above provided.
Said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which
the same is now established, as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-
89 as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) . Provided
however, multiple family residential use(s) , veterinary
clinic(s) , and restaurant(s) are not permitted uses. Further,
use of said property shall comply with all provisions of
Resolution No. 3455.
Section 4: That a copy of this ordinance shall be recorded in
