f , <br /> • <br /> Upon application as hereinafter set forth, the monthly sew- <br /> er service charge for each of the months of July, August and Sep- <br /> tember, for each sewer customer having a metered water service <br /> and using water for sprinkling purposes, shall be the amount com- <br /> puted by adding the individual customer ' s sewer service charge <br /> for the previous three monthly billings (April, May and June) <br /> and dividing by three; however, for the year 1965 only, the <br /> charge shall be computed by adding the individual customer' s <br /> previous two monthly billings (May and June) and dividing by two; <br /> provided, however, that all persons desiring such adjustment in <br /> both cases, by reasons of using water for sprinkling purposes, <br /> shall make application in writing with the city clerk-comptroller <br /> on or before the thirtieth day of June of the year such adjust- <br /> ment is sought to be applied. <br /> C . • <br /> ��� +rl,n those located in the <br /> area hereinafter ,,A_nle family dwellings <br /> whose property has not been charged with the .cost of a local <br /> sewer by local improvement district assessment or otherwise (ex- <br /> cluding the connection charge provided for in Section 1+. 12 .010) <br /> in addition to the rates provided in paragraphs A and B above-- <br /> $2.75 per month plus $ .03 2/3 for each foot of property over <br /> seventy-five feet adjacent to the sanitary sewer system or the <br /> combined sewer system; provided, that the rate to be charged in <br /> the area hereinafter described shall be $3.75 per month plus <br /> five cents for each foot of property over seventy-five feet ad- <br /> jacent to the sanitary sewer system or the combined sewer sys- <br /> tem.
