Expansion <br />,June 6, 2008 <br />DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of <br />grading and building permits to allow construction of an approximately 28,800 square foot <br />building to be used as an office, warehouse, and manufacturing building. <br />ADDENDUM: The proposed action is a tenant improvement to an existing 35,276 square foot <br />manufacturing, office and storage building. New improvements include construction of 3,723 <br />square feet of new mezzanine storage areas, two exterior vacuum/compressor rooms, an exterior <br />mechanical area and a covered patio area.
