Please revise new exterior wall details. <br />New exterior walls details have been revised to show new noncombustible materials - metal <br />frame walls with an exterior cement plaster finish per IBC 602.3. See revisions sheets A-4, <br />A-7, & A-10. <br />Please note other bubbled revisions per the owner's request including: <br />• The project has been split Into 2 phases as described on sheet A-1. <br />• The elevator has been replaces with two lifts, a Materials lift and an ADA lift. <br />See sheets A-4 & A-5, and Building 5ection #1 on sheet A-7. <br />• The sliding fire door at the east wall of the anodizing room has been changed to a set of 3A-Hr <br />fire rated double swing doors. See sheet A-4 & the Door Schedule on sheet A-11. <br />• The "Outdoor" Mechanical Room on the west side of the building has been enclosed using non- <br />combustible exterior construction materials. See sheets A-4 & A-7. The area of this space has <br />been added to the total proposed building area as shown on sheets A-O & A-1 <br />I trust that this is the information you need to process the application.
