IBC 1109.2.2 requires an ambulatory -accessible water closet in addition to the wheelchair <br />accessible compartment in both of the men's and women's restroome. <br />Ambulatory -accessible water closets have been added to the women's restroom and one of the <br />men's reatroome per IBC 1109.2.2. See revisions on sheets A-4 and A-9. <br />2. The unisex shower must comply with tho AN51 A117.1, Chapter 608 requirements for either a <br />transfer or roll -in type compartment. Please detail accordingly. <br />A roll -in type unisex shower compartment has been added per ANSI A117.1, Chapter 608. See <br />revisions on sheets A-4 & A-9. <br />3. AN51 Ai17.1, 404.2.3 requires an 15" wheelchair maneuverability clearance between the wall and <br />the latch side of the door out of the women's restroom. <br />An 15" maneuverability clearance has been provided between the wall and the latch side of the <br />door out of the women's restroom per ANSI A117.1, 404.2.3. See revisions on sheet A-4 & A-9. <br />4. AN51 A117.1, 604.E requires flush controls to be located on the open side of the wheelchair <br />accessible water closets. <br />See revisions and additional notes on sheet A-9. <br />5.
