Chapter 2 — Components <br />Page 2 - 6 <br />Revision 4 <br />Shielded Cable Interface <br />The Model BFR-SC1 Buckeye Shielded Cable Interface <br />is required for connecting Buckeye Shielded Cable to any <br />standard 1/2- (1.3 cm) EMT conduit connector or comer <br />pulley. See Figure 2-15. <br />r <br />1 <br />Figure 2-15. <br />Model BFR-SCI, <br />Shielded Cable Interface <br />Note: A 3l32" (0.2 cm) hex wrench is required to lighten <br />the set screw. <br />Compression Type Corner Pulley <br />When Buckeye Shielded Cable iS NOT used to connect <br />the fusible link system, gas valve, andlor remote pull <br />station to the control head, a comer pulley is required <br />whenever a change in stainless steel cable direction is <br />necessary. The Model CPCT-1 comer pulley is equipped <br />with a compression type fitting that connects to standard <br />112" (1.3 cm) EMT conduit. See Figure 2-16. <br />Figure 2-16. <br />Model CPCT-1. <br />Compression Type Comer Pulley <br />Discharcie Nozzles <br />Misting type discharge nozzles have been specifically <br />developed for appliance, duct, and plenum applications. <br />Each nozzle has a predetermined flow point value and <br />comes equipped with a blow -off cap to protect the end <br />orifice from blockage, Each nozzle is identified by the <br />model number stamped on the nozzle 'body and has a <br />unique color band for easy visual identification.
